I
have compiled these resources by surfing the web, looking for all the
agencies in the San Fernando Valley. and in the greater LA area, that might
be of assistance to you. This is not
an endorsement of these sites; I’m
just trying to make your search easier.

Don’t have Internet access?
- All
branches of the Los Angeles Public Library have Internet computers you
can use for free.
- If
you don’t have a library card, you can still use the library's
15-minute Internet computers - first-come, first-served.
- It’s
easy to get a card to get you more computer time. Even if you are
homeless, you can apply for a Courtesy Library Card, by showing some
kind of I.D. with your name.
These Courtesy Library Cards allow you up to 2 hours of
Internet computer time each day; plus, allow you to check out one
book.
- So,
if you want more than 15 minutes of computer time a day, get a library
card and reserve the time (up to 3 days in advance) either when you
visit the library or from a remote computer.
Don’t have email?
