Each row and column contains one square where the Across and Down answers conflict. In
each case, strike out that square with
an X and move one of the conflicting letters to
the top row, and the other to the bottom (you have to decide which goes where).
When
done correctly, each of the two outer rows will contain a phrase describing the
conflicting squares.
