WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

We wait in apprehension for whatever retaliatory violence
the US state may be planning. We hope no more workers will
be needlessly slaughtered, but hope cannot triumph over
experience. We fear more lives will be sacrificed,
especially with the destructive potential of the weapons of
destruction in the hands of the modern military, which we
have seen in action time and time again in recent years. We
condemn all such violence against our fellow human beings.

The working class of the world (who alone, through the
establishment of world socialism, can end the conditions
which lead to atrocities like those we have seen in the US)
cannot afford to remain passive. The longer we leave our
lives in the hands of the rich and powerful then the longer
will senseless bloodshed continue. The actions of a
conscious and democratically organised global working class
alone can unite humanity in a world society based on the
common ownership of the world's resources. We simply cannot
leave our world to be monopolised and fought over by the
capitalists, their armies and by anti-working class
terrorists.
