Ralph's, CALA Foods, and Bell

To sign up with Ralphs, CALA Foods and Bell you need to have a Ralphs Club card. The information you provide in the Ralphs Club form must match that for your Club card. Call (800) 660-9003 to make any changes to your Club card information. If you have more than one card, be sure to register all cards. If you are currently not a Club card member, go to the customer service desk at any Ralphs, CALA or Bell store to obtain a card. The card number is found on the back of the Ralphs Club card as shown in the example:

The card number is a 12 or 13 digit number. In the example the number is: 2471300726408. Note that the first digit is off on the left of the bar code. Some cards have all the digits below the bar code.

The card number can also be found on a Ralph's receipt as shown in the example:

The card number on the receipt is only 12 digits. The last digit is missing. However, either the 12 or 13 digit number can be entered in the form below.

You will also need the card holder's name and address. You can enter an e-mail address to receive a confirmation response from Ralphs. In addition you will need the LAFN NPO Number. That is the number that tells Ralphs to send the money to LAFN.
